How do I get to the retreat venue?

The retreat location is a one-hour drive from Toulouse-Blagnac Airport. Private transfers from/to Toulouse-Blagnac Airport (TLS) and Montauban Train Station are included at prearranged times. 

Do I need a visa?

Visitors from the United States, Canada, the European Union, and/or Schengen member countries are not required to obtain a visa to enter France for tourist purposes. Please contact us if you require any additional assistance.

How many people are to be expected on the retreat?

Maximum 15 participants.

What art supplies do I need for the art classes?

You will not need to bring art supplies because we will provide them at the retreat. You are welcome to bring your favourite brushes and/or watercolour paints.

What should I pack?

Pack appropriate clothing, a bathing suit, sunscreen, insect repellent, a cardigan for cool evenings, comfortable shoes, a sun hat and sunglasses, personal care items, and any personal medication that you may require.

Is Wi-Fi available? 


I am vegetarian/vegan. Can I book this retreat?

Yes, all diets are accommodated. Please contact us ahead of time to discuss your dietary needs.

What’s the weather like in Auty in September?

Expect average highs of 25°C / 77°F during the day and lows of 13°C / 55°F at night. Temperatures, on the other hand, have fluctuated unpredictably in recent years. It is a good idea to check the weather before leaving for the art retreat and pack accordingly.

Can I do laundry while on the retreat?

The retreat venue has laundry facilities, which you can use for free during your stay.

Will I receive a full refund if I cancel my participation?

What happens if the retreat occurs, but I cannot attend due to COVID-19?
